Dear Wild Oats & Notes Campers,
Following further review of the festival grounds and current conditions, we are pleased to simplify our previously announced RV and trailer restrictions.
Effective immediately, the weight of your unit will be the exclusive criterion for admission to the camping area. RVs and trailers with a maximum Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 10,000 lbs or less will be permitted.
Please check your unit’s manufacturer’s certificate, compliance label, or weight sticker to confirm its GVW before arriving at the festival.
While the grounds remain saturated and camping capacity continues to be limited, this revised approach allows us to accommodate more campers while continuing to protect the safety of our guests, maintain access throughout the site, and preserve the festival grounds.
